RETURN POLICY
- No returns. I'm sorry to say, I don't offer any returns at the moment. I'm a one woman, small company and all the products you order is made especially for you, after you place the order. Please use the size charts and measure yourself and/or some similar clothing/items, to make sure you're getting the right size. I'm here to help if you have questions about the sizing, don't hesitate to contact me.
- No refunds. I also don't offer any refunds at the moment, for the same reasons as above.
- If you receive the wrong product, or something is wrong with it (misprinted/damaged/defective.) This has to be documented with photos and explained in an e-mail to me within 7 days after receiving the item, using email address: darkcrow@gmail.com. I'll determine if you're up for a replacement. If I find that you are, a new item (the same as you ordered) will be sent to you to replace the faulty item.
PAYMENTS
- Check out your cart and pay for the products in your cart, using either Paypal or Klarna.
- Choose between paying it all at once, or get more time to pay with Klarna.
